Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured and undergo thorough training to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
How can I schedule a cleaning service with you?
You can easily schedule a service by contacting us through our website or giving us a call. Our team will assist you in choosing the best time for your needs.
Do I need to be home for my cleaning service?
No. You can utilise a lock box or leave an extra key in a secure location to provide the team with access.
What does a general clean include?
Our standard cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors in addition to a general cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.
In order for the team to concentrate on their cleaning tasks and deliver a level of service that meets your expectations, we ask that your house be left reasonably organised so that you can get the most out of your cleaning service.
Our team consists of two or three people per house, and we never use the same supplies from one house to another. Instead, we always use clean, new materials, such as mops and microfiber cloths.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Is it possible to treat mould?
Our teams often treat mould with chemicals and steam cleaner, and while we try our best to get rid of as much as we can, please be aware that some mould and stains are impossible to get rid of; sometimes, grout or silicon removal is needed, which we do not perform.
Do you use eco-friendly products for cleaning?
Absolutely! We prioritize the health of our clients and the environment by using eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible.
What happens if there are any damages when the cleaning is being done?
Please submit any photographs to info@wavecleaning.com.au and call our management at 0460 893 869. Please be aware that Wave Cleaning is not obligated to resolve any issues or claims that arise 48 hours following the completion of your cleaning service.
What happens if, after the team has finished cleaning, one area is overlooked?
We acknowledge that occasionally an area may be overlooked during a cleaning service; this can happen because the team took some time to concentrate on another area that needed more attention. We can make sure that the team always catches anything missed on the next clean, or if agreed upon with our management team, we can send a team back the same or next day to cover what was missed, provided that this is communicated to our management team on the day of your cleaning service and depends on how serious the area missed was.
